White Grid in the Videos with the Fp4 Model
Hello first i wanna say thx for your hard work on the Model <3
i was trying it and got white grid in the videos here i show you Video that says more then 1000 words ;)
i make the videos in comfyui
edit ok i see other people have the same white lines in there videos :(
Could be because of tiled vae decode.
For example default comfyui tiled decode has tile size set to 512 and overlap set to 64. so its decoding the vae in small 512x512 pixels with a 64 pixel padding. That white seam is where the cut and those overlap transitions happen. To fix it you need to play around with those numbers. Increase it to 1920 with no overlap for example and see if you get an oom. If you do play around with the overlap value instead to make it less noticable.
If you have enough VRAM you can turn off tiled decode completely, so you never have to worry about those pale white grid lines in the output.
I am using an RTX 3090 with 24GB VRAM and immediately removed that tiling function when I saw the marks in the video output.
In the template workflow in ComfyUI, you will see there is a standard VAE Decode node there already that defaults to being bypassed. You can bypass the tiled vae decoder above it, and enable the standard one instead.
Double check the standard VAE Decode node is wired in correctly for inputs and outputs when switching over to it. From memory, I did just have to add in one connection after taking it out of bypass mode.
