Why does it look like the lightx2v is loaded multiple times in the I2V workflow ? is that intentional ?

Are you referring to the LoRA Loader Subgraph? It can't be set to None, so I just put a dummy one there.
took me if a few minutes to realize that myself.
thanks for sharing your work btw, I was trying to work with the I2v one but coulndt find the Minimaxh3Latentupscaling3D node anywhere or disable the Ollama feature
